Thomas R. Bishop

Thomas R. Bishop, 61, a lifelong resident of Pembroke, passed away peacefully at home on April 12, 2022. Born in Perth Amboy, NJ on November 19, 1960, he was the son of Evelyn A. (Hansen) Bishop of Pembroke and the late Thomas R. Bishop. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers Robert Bishop and his wife Janet, and William Bishop and his wife Tina, all of Pembroke. He was the loving uncle of David Bishop, Jennifer and Peter Paniccia, Matthew Moses, Cody Bishop and great-uncle of Aiden and Cameron Paniccia. Tom also leaves several close cousins.

Tom was an accomplished contractor, finish carpenter, woodworker, and mechanic. He had a great interest in classic cars. Tom loved spending time with family and friends, and was always ready to help anyone with whatever projects or problems they had. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Home, 551 Washington St. Rte. 53, Hanover, on Monday, April 18th from 4-7pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Thecla. 145 Washington St. Rte. 53, Pembroke, on Tuesday at 10am. Burial to follow in Pembroke Center Cemetery.
