Adly B. Hanna, of Hummelstown, PA, departed to be with his heavenly Father on March 19, 2011. He was born on March 29, 1927, in Cairo, Egypt. He was a professional, civil engineer and retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources after nearly 20 years of service. He was a deacon in the Coptic Orthodox Church and was a dedicated Bible teacher. He is survived by his wife, Laila Hanna, of Hummelstown; his daughters: Hala Bizzarro, of Lusby, MD; Taghrid Barron, of Ashburn, VA; and Judy Smith, of Beaumont, TX; and their spouses and 9 grandchildren; two sisters and many relatives in Egypt; and a nephew, Mounir Hanna, of New York. The family will accept condolences on Monday, March 21, from 7 to 9 p.m. at The Neill Funeral Home. The funeral will be held Tuesday, March 22, at 12 noon at St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church at 1701 State St., Harrisburg, PA, 17103. The burial will be at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens immediately after. The family invites you to share a meal with them at the church following the burial.
