Alberta M. Rogers, 77, of Duncannon, went to be with Jesus Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Holy Spirit Hospital. She was born June 9, 1937, in Harrisburg; she was the daughter of the late Sarah Hetrick and Albert Parfet; and preceded in death by her son, Thomas Nagle. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Duncannon, and a graduate of John Harris High School, class of 1955. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James R. Rogers; 2 sons, George F. Nagle, wife Amy, of Harrisburg and Kelly J. Nagle, wife Wendy, of Mechanicsburg; her daughter, Barbara Nagle, companion, Robert Goshorn Jr., of Dauphin; 2 stepsons, James R. Rogers, wife Sandy, of Liverpool and Michael S. Rogers, wife Angie, of Etters; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Paxtang Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ Lutheran Church, 115 Church St., Duncannon, PA 17020.
