Born October 30,1948 in Montour Co., PA., she was the daughter of the late Foster Malcolm and Lucille Mae (Reachard) Blakney Jr. and preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, William Paul Buck.
Surviving is her daughter, Lynn A. Woodward (Michael); grandsons, her pride and joy, Brandon Woodward and Nicholas Woodward; and her twin sister, Bonnie Bolyard.
Barbara was a retired School Bus Driver for the Central Dauphin School District and a former employee for Snowden’s at the former Harrisburg East Mall.
She was a member of the Paxtang and Lenker Manor Women’s Club and she loved being outside in the yard, shopping and spending time with her friends and family.
A viewing will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday, March 14,2026 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Private burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
