She is survived by her parents, Robert and Lisa Conrad; her brothers, Bobby Conrad, Jacob Conrad and Ryan Conrad; her maternal grandmother, Antonia DeLeon; her paternal grandmother, Gloria Conrad; and many great aunts and great uncles.
She lived with her parents as well as attending Allegheny Valley Schools 2 days a week, with their loving and supporting staff.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 am Thursday, August 2, 2012 in Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 6150 Allentown Blvd., Harrisburg. Burial will be in resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be held 10:00 am Thursday to time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that we accept and love one another.
