Born October 8, 1942 in St. Clair, PA; she was the daughter of the late Robert J. Klinger Sr. and Rosine Elizabeth (Hughes) Klinger.
Surviving is her brother, Robert J. and his wife, Mary Lou; nieces, Cynthia and her husband, Robert, Victoria and her husband, Aldo and Kristin and her fiancée, Robert; great-nieces, Noella, Julianne; and great-nephews, Alexander and Xavier.
Gayle was a retired employee from the PA Department of Labor and Industry, with over 30 years of service. She was a long-time member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church.
Gayle loved to travel and she was an avid Phillies fan.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM Tuesday until the time of the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
