JC is survived by his daughter, Jenna Catherine (Neill) Adams; grandchildren, Lily, Kylie and Forrest; mother, Katherine “Kitty” Neill; and brother, Dr. Thomas Neill.
JC was a past Boy Scout Master of Troop 312, past member of the Paxtang Fire Co. and a member of the Newport American Legion Post 177.
He attended the Dauphin County Vo Tech School and graduated from Carson Long Military Academy as sergeant.
JC retired from the PA Department of Transportation, Perry County.
JC studied Isshinryu Karate, loved to ride his Harley, fish, hunt and hiked all the trails in PA.
A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg.
