John C. Stover

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louella R. (Linn) Stover; two brothers, Raymond Stover and Ellsworth Stover; and a sister, Nellie Steimling.

He was a wonderful Husband and Father. He enjoyed visiting with his son, joking with his son-in-law, watching TV and sitting on the porch with his daughter.

He leaves behind a son, Edward L. Stover and his wife, Donna; a daughter, Linda E. Bell and her husband, Robert; 5 grandchildren, Michael, Laura, Jeremie, Weston and Kyle; 15 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Walter Stover.

John was a retired steelworker from the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. and a US Army veteran of WWII.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 2, 2024, in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Churchville Cemetery. A viewing will be from 1:00 PM, Thursday, until the time of the service at the funeral home.
