Mary Ann Wilsbach

Born June 1, 1927, in Braddock, PA, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Backenstoss and Ethel May (Pierce) Neill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen J. Wilsbach Jr.; daughter, Louise A. Mills; and brother, Stanley Backenstoss.

Mary Ann is survived by her son, Stephen J. Wilsbach III (Leslie); grandchildren, Andrew S. Wilsbach (Anna), Christopher D. Wilsbach (Catherine), and Alexis K. McComas (Matthew); and two great-grandchildren, Eleanor and Charlie.

She devoted many years as Office Manager for the former Town and Country Department Store and faithfully served as a member of St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church. Mary Ann will be remembered for her love of family and unwavering faith.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 PM on Friday, January 9, 2026, at St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg, with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM. Private burial will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband of 66 years.
