He was born June 2, 1955, in Harrisburg, to his mother Mary, and his late father, Joseph V. Rudewicz.
Rudy retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation after 31 years of service.
He enjoyed fishing, as well as buying, selling, and collecting antique toys, and spending time with his grandchildren.
He was a member of the AACA since 2012, however he was an active vendor at the annual fall meet for over 40 years.
Rudy was preceded in death by his step-daughter, Jennifer Meadows, and brother-in-law, Dan Combs.
He is survived by his wife, Jody Rudewicz, son, Paul M. Rudewicz, step-son, Jon Meadows, step-daughter, Jessica Pace, 8 grandchildren, brother, Joseph Rudewicz and wife, Barb and sister, Annamarie Combs.
Services for Rudy will be held Friday, June 3rd, 2022, at 11:00 am, at the Neill Funeral Home located at 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
