She was preceded in death by her mother Rosa Leonzo-Kozer, step father Anthony “Tommy” Kozer, beloved sister MaryAnn Kozer-Schroy (FI Gap), former Husband (US Army) George Schroy of Mechanicsburg, PA; Brothers Clayton (FI Gap) US Army; Thomas (FI Gap) US Air Force, Robert and John. Rosalie was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Rosalie retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections under the Governor, as Notary and Executive Assistant to the Commissioner.
She will be missed by colleagues, John Harris class of 1956, friends, family, loved ones, and neighbors since 1968.
A graveside memorial service and burial will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2026 in Holy Cross Cemetery, Swatara Township at 11:00 AM. There will be no viewing or visitation.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to her church, Faith Tabernacle, 1410 Good Hope Road, Mechanicsburg, PA.
