Born on June 26,1960, in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late Robert L. and Priscilla J. (Porter) Barbour.
Surviving is his brother, Jamie B. Barbour; two sisters, Holly W. Barbour and Ashley L. Barbour.
Shawn was a retired crane operator for the New Cumberland Army Depot and a US Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.
Military Honors will be performed at 2:30 Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.
