William H. Keffer

Born in St. Clair, PA; he was a retired purchasing agent for Schaedler Brothers/YESCO, of Harrisburg; and a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

He was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, and Penbrook American Legion Post 730.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy A. Keffer; and his brothers, Francis, Robert, Donald, and Vincent Keffer.

Surviving is his son, William J. Keffer, wife, Jolene, of Harrisburg; 2 daughters, Colleen Keffer-Wallace, of Carlisle and Michele Keffer, her partner, Katherine Homrok, of Pittsburgh; 4 grandchildren, Danielle, Mackenzie, Evan and Kristin.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2:00 PM Monday, March 17, 2014 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 6150 Allentown Blvd., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be held at 1:30 PM Monday at Holy Name until the time of the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg, PA 17111.
