She was born on Jan. 23, 1916 in Harrisonburg and was a factory worker.
Her husband, Raymond Dow Stepp, preceded her in death.
She is survived by one son, Daniel Stepp of Harrisonburg; one daughter, Christine Milhon of Alexandria, VA; a numerous grand, great-grand and great-great grandchildren.
