Obituary of Jaeda Celeste Riner
Jaeda Celeste Riner died on Tuesday, September 1, 2021, after a long fearless fight with MLD. She was 20 years old. Jaeda was born on February 6. From the moment she was born, her excitement filled the room. Everyone loved her instantly. Her fight with MLD was courageous as she danced her way through every obstacle it tried to throw. Even when she was at her toughest battle, she danced. She even still prioritized the happiness of friends who wanted to spend time with her and aimed to bring them absolute joy. Jaeda was a Spotswood Blazer and graduated in 2019. She played for the Unified Basketball team and was a guest cheerleader for the school basketball team. While she enjoyed school events she most enjoyed making friends at school, singing in the car and was always dancing. She was known for wearing beautiful bows in her hair as she brought laughter and smiles to the room. Her hugs were legendary and life changing. Jaeda is survived by her mother, Viviana Hogan, stepfathers, Patrick Hogan and René Ehlenfeldt. Her teacher, and best friend MaryKate Sullivan, brothers Jaxon and Samual Riner & Maverick Hogan, Sisters, Bella Ehlenfeldt and Frances Booz. Her paternal grandparents, Eugene & Linda Riner, maternal grandparents Mike & Barbara Walters, biological father, Chris Riner, along with many aunts, uncles and cousins. They ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the MLD Foundation in Jaeda’s honor. Funeral services will be announced at a later date.
