She was born on April 6, 1954 in Harrisonburg and was the daughter of the late Emmett and Mary Allen Johnson.
Pamela was a lifelong resident of Harrisonburg and had worked at Graham Packaging for approximately 40 years.
She is survived by a daughter, Shaizette Johnson of Ohio, a son Cedric Allen (Sara) of Harrisonburg; three grandchildren, Jonah Jr., Trecey, and Nilah; a sister, Karen Thomas (Charlie) of Harrisonburg, a brother, Terry Johnson of Grottoes; a niece, Marla Whitley (Andre), two nephews, Shannon Johnson (Kim) and Steven Thomas; her beloved cats, Quidley and Fluff.
She was preceded in death by a sister Sharon Johnson.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, May 14, 2012 in the Chapel at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg. It was Pamela’s wish to be cremated.
