Regina Marie Ratliff

She was born on September 2, 1960 in Newport News, and was the daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Clarke Luton.

She attended Newport News public schools. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Lawrence Ratliff who she married on November 8, 2000, a son Linwood Cherry, Jr., a daughter, Latisha Luton both of GA, two sisters, Frances Fletcher and husband, John, Leslie Patrick and husband, Reginald all of Harrisonburg, three brothers, Charles and Fred Luton of Newport News, Spencer Luton and wife, Cynthia of Harrisonburg, a brother-in-law, Levan Ratliff and wife, Bonnie of Staunton, a sister-in-law, Stephanie Palacious and husband, Orlando of Newport News, three grandchildren, two nephews, eight nieces, a special friend, Diane Blake of Harrisonburg, and a host of family and friends.

The casket will be closed.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2010, at First Baptist Church with Pastor C.E. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Newtown Cemetery.
