Mr. Clifton Sandifer age 70 of Harrogate, TN was born October 4, 1942 and passed away June 26, 2013 at his home. He was a member of Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. He is survived by his Daughter and Son-in-law: Melissa and Randall Ferrell
