Alice Elaine Taylor Oglesby

Celebration of life service for Alice Elaine Oglesby, 72, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 19, 2010 at Central Assembly of God in Haughton, with Pastor Andy Harris and Pastor Kent Craft officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 18, 2010 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.

Mrs. Oglesby loved her church very much. She was as faithful member and volunteer of Central Assembly of God, a resident of Princeton for four years, and a former resident of West Monroe.

She was preceded in death by her husband James B. Oglesby.

Survivors include her three children, Lori Nitz; Stephen Oglesby and wife Jamie; Sharon Greer; five grandchildren, Krista Hendrix and husband Eric; Lindsay Peters and husband Nick; Chelsea Nitz, Corey Oglesby, Caleigh Oglesby; four great-grandchildren, Brittany, Paige, and Logan Hendrix; and Stella Peters. She is also survived by her brothers, numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Nick Peters, Eric Hendrix, Eddie Armfield, Logan Hendrix, Corey Oglesby, and Jeff Nitz.

Memorials may be made to the Central Assembly of God Building Fund.
