Mrs. Greening was a very sweet and loving woman. I got the pleasure of meeting her in the librabry at THCA where my children went to school. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of sorrow.I don't think she ever missed a pep rally either.She will be sadly missed by who knew her.

One of the kindest, most patient and understanding ladies I've ever met.  A cornerstone for the school for years impacting many, many lives.  Mine one of them.  The card catalog in heaven will soon be in order.

How I have just loved your Mom over the years.  No matter where she would see me she always made sure she spoke and we would remember things of the past. She was a very sweet woman and I will miss seeing her. But look forward to one day visiting with her in Heaven!  Bonny Baker

I will try harder to live my life the way Aunt Betty lived hers.  I have faith it will make me a better person.  Whenever Aunt Betty would see I was stressing over something, she would always say, "Nancy, have faith!".  Thank you, Aunt Betty for always forgiving me when I would misbehave.  Thank you for allowing me to let my horse graze in your pasture.  Thank you for taking me to church with you, though I didn't go that often.  Despite Uncle Hoot's and Kenny's deaths, both while so young, Aunt Betty NEVER waivered on her faith.  How can that be?  I struggle with the reality of how we grow with our relatives and love each other so much, just to loose them.  It is painful.  Faith IS blind.  I look back on the death of my own daddy; he deserved so much better than what he got.  He worked so hard for his family, and to top it all off, he gave something to me after his death - he revealed his spirit to me exactly one week after he passed on.  Carol, I don't have to tell you - I know you know that you will see your mother again.  You were so close to her and always so loving and helpful to your mother which is more than I can say.  The death of a loved one is definitely a wake-up call. Aunt Betty was alot like my paternal grandmother - neither ever said anything negative about anyone; neither ever complained about anything - two truly amazing people.  I learned alot from Aunt Betty.  I regret I didn't go visit her more often.  I know she is in a place where I hope to be.

Ms.Greening was simply one of the best that GOD created, I'll always remember her for the kindness she showed me after the passing of my daughter.GOD BLESS Ms.Greening and her family, she was wonderful and one of a kind, and she'll be truly missed.

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Greening's passing.  I love the picture that was placed.  The smile she has is the one I remember her always having.  I pray that God will bring peace and comfort to all that loved her.

So sad to hear of Mrs. Greening. What a sweet lady she always was. Years after THCA, she would come hear my group Adoration sing. If we could see where she is we would not cry. We will see this great lady again.

Mrs. Greening was a class act.  She knew and understood kids and loved us for who we were, just as we were.  She was a great lady!  Rest in Peace Mrs. Greening.

I was saddened to hear about Mrs. Greening.  I remember her as a child growing up in Shreveport.  She was a wonderful lady.

Such a sweet and precious Lady was Mrs. Greening. She touched many, many lives. We will be going to Lake Charles for the birthing of our Great Grandchild or I would be attending the services for Mrs. Greening. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. How appropriate for GOD to call Aunt Betty home on Easter Sunday.  Every since I can remember, there has been an annual Easter egg hunt/reunion at Aunt Betty's house on Easter Sunday.  That was the one time a year you could see those that you did not see on a regular basis.  We all enjoyed ourselves and had such a good time - both young and old.  I also remember as a child going to visit Uncle Hoot and Aunt Betty and all the children's books she had available for us to look at.  She would let us get down in the floor and just look and read 'til our hearts were content.  She did not know it then, but she was helping make memories that would last a lifetime.  Aunt Betty was a "very special lady".  She loved the Lord and her life reflected her love.  Aunt Betty, I will miss you but I know you are in the "best place ever" rejoicing with all those who have gone before you.  You will be thought of often, but especially on "Easter Sunday", whenever it falls on the calendar.
