Betty Lou Post

Funeral services for Betty L. Post, 66, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 24, 2012 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Charles Glorioso officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Hill Crest Funeral Home.

Ms. Post was born July 21, 1945 in Leitchfield, KY. She entered into rest

February 20, 2012 in Shreveport. She was a resident of Bossier City for thirty years, a homemaker, and a member of the Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Richard Post, Jr.; parents, Francis and Ivan Conder, two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her two sons, Mike Post of Las Vegas, NV; Rick Post of Benton, AR; daughter-in-law, Donna Post of Haughton, LA; daughter, Jocelyn

Post Hooper and husband Stacy Hooper of Shreveport, LA; sister, Lois Hamrick of Sacramento, CA; brother, Kenny Conder of North Highlands, CA; eight grandchildren, Sydney Post, Lyndsey Post, Garrett Hooper, Kaylee Hooper, Madison Hooper, Landon Hooper, Landry Hooper, and Bryce Hooper.

Pallbearers will be Mike Williams, Dusty Williams, Matt Williams, Pat Procell, Rowdy Prince, Randy Fox, and B.J. Robinson

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Betty’s dear friend, Nan Stout and the staff of Christus Schumpert Grace Home, for their kind and devoted care.
