Geraldine K. Williams

She was born on June 22, 1946 in Shreveport, LA to parents, Willie and Rosie (Reed) Kidd. 3 score and 10+9 = 79!!! What a blessed and fulfilled life she had!

Gerri was preceded in death by her husband Davis Williams; her parents and sister, Lessie Kidd Jackson.

Left to cherish her beautiful memory are her sons: Geoffery Williams and wife Jenny and son, Davis; Norman Williams and children, Rashanda (Mia), Nigel and Brennan; great grandchildren, Shanyah, Aniyah and Shazae; nieces, Randi and her children: Camryn (Ryleigh) and Chyler, Sommer and her children: Leslee, Marquise and Alex; her BFFs: sister, Valerie Campbell, Fay, Carol Jean, Phyllis and Ellene; and many relatives and friends in Benton, North and South Carolina, Georgia and beyond.

Her message to everyone: Do not cry for me, rejoice in the life that you were able to share with me on God's Earth. I don't need flowers, words or tears now. I just want to thank those of you who were always there for me while I lived on Earth, Thanks to you ALL.

Gerri loved the care and support given to our seniors from the Bossier Council on Aging in Benton.

Services will be held at a later date to celebrate Geraldine's life privately with her family in South Carolina.
