Herb was born on August 20, 1946 and passed away on February 28, 2015. He was employed at The Downs for over 20 years.
He is survived by Betty Matthews and Brian Jackson of Haughton LA, Kimberly Mitchell of Lake City IO, brother Tom Lambert and his wife Debbie of Conway Ark. Grandchildren: Cassidy Cloninger of Haughton LA, Jacob Boyd of Beaumont TX, Kobe Jackson of Haughton LA and Justice Mitchell of Lake City IO. Niece: Laurie Andrews of Aurora CO. Nephew: Michael Lambert of Washington DC.
