Faye was born on September 1, 1919, in Ararat, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her husband Marion; two daughters, Sarah Shankle and Judy Bell; son-in-law Sonny Duschel; and grandson, Casey McCarty.
She is survived by daughter Betty Duschel; son John Hall; sister Norma Brown: son-in-law Rick Shankle, five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Faye was a devoted life-long member of Open Door Bible Church from its inception located in Bossier City.
