BENTON, LA – Services for James “Wray” Hixson will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2015 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m., the hour prior to the service.
He was born on November 23, 1941 and passed away on January 29, 2015.
Wray is survived by his wife Peggy Hixson, sons Gary Hixson and Scott Hixson and wife Belen, grandchildren Tyler Hixson and Joey Rapattoni, great grandchildren Hailey Wray Hixson, Breanna Rapattoni, Jo Jo Rapattoni and Cannon Rapattoni and brother in law Jimmy Lifer.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Lee, Wayne McGee, Larry Davis, Don Pittman, Richard Thames and Alton Lott. Honorary pallbearers will be Tyler Hixson, Joey Rapattoni and James Bailey.
The family would like to thank Wray’s lifelong friend of 41 years Jerry Lee for the care and support he has shown these last few weeks.
