MSgt. Manfred K. Johnscher USAF, Ret.

Funeral services for MSgt. Manfred K. Johnscher will be 10:00 AM Saturday October 1, 2011 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Rev. Tom Brown, Pastor, Yellow Pine Church of Sibley officiating. Interment will be in Hill Crest Memorial Park with Masonic Rites and Military Honors provided by Barksdale Air Force Base Honor Guard The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Friday September 30, 2011 at Hill Crest Funeral Home.

MSgt. Johnscher was born September 18, 1934 in Breslau, Germany to parents Frida (Kossmel) and Kurt Paul Johnscher and passed away in Shreveport September 28, 2011.

He was Past Master of McClanahan Masonic Lodge 384, Past Patron of Victory Chapter 130, Past Commander of Ascension #6. MSgt. Johnscher was a retired USAF veteran of the Viet Nam War and a member of the Bossier Sheriff’s Posse.

MSgt. Johnscher was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by his wife, Theresa W. Johnscher, son, Richard P. Johnscher and wife Michelle, daughter, Diane J. Kegley and husband Michael, three grandchildren, Richard Dean Johnscher and wife Shelia, Gavin Kegley and wife Reece, Shannon Tschirren and husband Lance, five great grandchildren, Skyla Belle Johnscher, Maddilyn Tschirren, Cayden Michael, Keira, and Colton Kegley.
