Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Toms, 76, passed away December 29, 2021. She was born November 20, 1945, in Riverside, California to parents, William Emmett Stinson, Sr. and Mary Louise Rothgeb Stinson.

Libby enjoyed a 36 year profession as a teacher within the Bossier Parish School System and was a faithful member of Cypress Baptist Church. She was the wife of Mr. Larry Wayne Toms, Sr., mother of Larry Wayne Toms, Jr., step-mother of Scott David Toms, Jeffery Wayne Toms, and Jay Owen Toms; sister of Anne Stinson Brown; and grandmother of four grandchildren and three step-grandchildren.

Her brother, William Emmett Stinson, Jr.; and her parents, preceded her in death.

Pallbearers are Joe Windham, Warren Windham, Roger Machen, D.C. Machen, Lamar Breedlove, and Mike Norris. Honorary pallbearers are members of the Earl Haynes Sunday School Class.
