Janet and Chuck,  sorry for your loss.  Losing a child is so hard.  Andrea sent me the obituary.  I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and for the difficult days ahead.  Cherish your memories.

The summers that Matt and Jeff visited their Memal, Pepal, Aunts, Uncles and especially cousins, Scott and Jason, in West Virginia were full of adventures.  The four cousins spent hours and days exploring.  Probably the favorite area would be the Ten Mile Creek that flowed in their grandparents back yard.  It would be a toss up to see who got the dirtiest but Matt would probably win that contest.  He could find mud fast.  If he couldn’t find it he made it.  They played hard all day and well after dark.  The memories we have of those good times will always be held in our hearts.  We love you all.  Steve and Mary D.

I pray that God will comfort you and your whole family during this sad time. Matt was most definitely one of a kind. He had the kindest soul and leaves us with beautiful memories to cherish. His spirit lives on in our hearts. He will always be loved and missed dearly.

There are some who bring a light so bright to the world that even after they are gone, the light remains.
