Celebration of life services for Pamela Renee Kline Knippers will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel in Haughton, LA on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow. Officiating the service will be Pastor Lynn Malone. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Hill Crest Funeral Home.

Our beautiful ray of sunshine, Pamela, passed away on December 26, 2011 at the age of 46 after a valiant 3 year battle with colon cancer. She had lovely strawberry blonde hair and a smile that would light up a room.

Pamela was a great inspiration to all who knew her. Her faith in God was truly a testimony of her life and it never wavered. When friends and family came to visit her during her illness, they always went away more encouraged and inspired than when they came.

When her health permitted, she worked alongside her husband, in their family owned business, Knippers Plant and Garden Service. There are many beautiful flowerbeds around town to attest to her meticulous skills.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 26 years, Gary G. Knippers, and two precious daughters she adored, Krista Knippers and Kara Knippers. She is also survived by her mother, Betty Beaver and her mother in law Chris Knippers Keenan, Siblings include Michelle Ezernack, Paul “Donnie” Lane, David Kline, Kelley Kline Miller, Scott Beaver as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Paul “Donnie” Lane, David Kline, Mike McDaniel, Scott Beaver, Paul Miller, Monte Moehring, George Markiel, Rick McAnn.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Eric Whitney, Michael DeSilva, John Jones, Jimmie Jones and Martin Ezernack.

Special thanks to Dr. Banda, Dr. McDonald, Dr. Durci, all the wonderful people at the WK Cancer Treatment Center, WK Hospice, Julie Brown and amazing staff.
