Paula was born on July 5, 1946 Chillicothe, Missouri.
She was preceded in death her husband, Richard Clark; children, Valarie and Richard Clark Jr. and both parents, Mo and Ruth Houghton
Paula is survived by her youngest daughter, Rhonda Kay Eby; siblings, Judy Rolland, Jane Anderson and Howard Houghton; and seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
