BOSSIER CITY, LA- A celebration of life service for Randall “Randy” Alan Barnette will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Dr. Randy Harper officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
He was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church. He loved music and was very talented at playing the piano and guitar, as well as singing and composing music.
He is survived by his father Virgil Barnette, mother Katherine Barnette, wife Sharon Barnette, son Harrison Barnette, daughter Meredith Barnette and fiancé Jase Darden, grandson Asher Kolbe Darden, brother Richard Barnette, sisters Cheryl Ostendorff and husband Tom, Jennifer Core and husband Tab, Amy Rutherford and husband David, and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank LSUS K-Wing East nurses and the staff at Grace Home for the care they have given Randy.
