Randy was born April 6, 1953 in Tampa, Florida and passed away April 17, 2016 in Shreveport, Louisiana.
He was preceded in death by his father Thomas Clark and mother Eleanor Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon Clark; children, Scooby Hall and wife Nicole, Missy Hall and Austin Allen; step-son Dacoda Craig; grandchildren, Rayne Hall, Nathan Sullivan and Kyler Parker; sisters, Candy Mitchell and Celie Ledford and extended family, Mandi Sierra, Markas Sierra and Chad Bolts as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Randy lived life as a free spirit and definitely to the fullest. He was one of a kind and will surely be missed.
