Wilma was born on February 1, 1940 and passed on August 25, 2025. Wilma worked at Parkway High School for 29 years. Upon her retirement she became the local representative for Jim Mulvihill Tours, where she worked for 16 years. For many years, she was the Commissioner in Charge of Elections at Shady Grove Recreation Center. Her heart was in her community. She volunteered at Red River National Wildlife Refuge, where she earned Board Member Emeritus, the Fellowship United Methodist Church Food Pantry, Shreveport Little Theater, and Emmett Hook Performing Arts Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband Carl, of 51 years; brother, Myron Cutshall and sister, Katherine Becker. Left to cherish her memory are sons Jeffrey Lee Little (Jeri) of Shreveport, and Douglas Scott Little (Sara) of Tucson, Arizona; Grandchildren, Elissa Little (Sarah), Jackson Little, Madison Little and Jake Little; Great Grandson, Benjamin Little; Cherished Friends, Harlene Harbor, Terri Jacobson, Ricarda Carlisle, Barbara Lodge, Ann Roberts, Linda Helms and so many more.
Wilma’s Celebration of Life will take place Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Hill Crest Memorial, 601 Hwy. 80 East, Haughton, LA 71037. The family will be receiving visitors 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Memorial Service at 2:00 pm, followed immediately by a graveside service.
In lieu of flowers, Wilma has asked for donations to be made to Red River Wildlife Refuge Children’s Garden, 150 Eagle Bend Point, Bossier City 71112; or the Food Pantry at Fellowship United Methodist Church, 4750 Barksdale Blvd, Bossier City 71112.
