Alexander Douglas Murray Jr., age 78, of Hemet, CA, died Monday, March 11, 2013, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, CA. Doug was born May 29, 1934 in Nahma, Michigan. He was the son of the late Alexander D. Murray and the late Isabella (Davidson) Murray. He served in the Navy during the Vietnam era and retired after 20 years. Then he went to work as a field engineer for 6 years. He loved to play soft ball at the Gibbel park in Hemet and most recently at Valley Wide Park in San Jacinto.
He is survived by his wife: Barbara Murray and many of his loving friends who will miss him dearly.
