Alfredo Fernando Ronquillo served in the United States Armed Forces and received his Associate of Arts Degree from San Bernardino Valley College. He secured employment as a machinist where he used mathematical calculations to make quality tools. He later trained to become a California State Correctional Officer for a better paying career to support his family. At an early age, he sustained some medical issues that brought challenges.
Despite life’s challenges, Alfredo found peace in the natural wonders of the mountains, oceans and lakes. In his younger years, he enjoyed running and hiking the local trails.
Alfredo had a zest for life and enjoyed talking and making others laugh. He had a gift of making friends easily and quickly. He looked forward to those opportunities of having a pint of Guinness with a good friend.
He is survived by his wife, Cynthia, children: Jose & Diana Moreno and their children, Luis & Crystal Villegas and Adam Moreno, stepchildren: Francina Valenzuela, Carlos & Christina Lopez and family, Omar & Mona Lopez and family, Hector & Veronica Necochea and their children, Rihanna and Hector Jr. and Nik & Ashli Valenzuela and their daughter, Lynelle and loved great grandchildren and his loyal dog, Chica.
He will be deeply missed.
