Alicia Ortiz Grove

Alicia Grove, 53 years of age, passed on Tuesday April 5, 2022. Alicia was born on October 29th 1968 in Tijuana Mexico to a loving mother Juana Hernandez, and was the only daughter of four siblings. As a young girl growing up in the 80’s she had a love for music and enjoyed dancing. It was in that era when she met the father of her four boys.

Alicia was a kind hearted spirit, always giving to others. She was fierce and lived bravely throughout all her trials and tribulations. The love for children knew no bounds. At 37 years old she became a grandmother and 4 years later became a grandmother once again. Alicia prided herself in the way she raised her family after battling stage 4 Non Hodgkins Lymphoma for nearly 10 years, which gave her the strength she needed to become the warrior she was for her boys and family.

Alicia was such an uplifting person who impacted every persons life she came across. Not only was she beautiful on the outside but it was what was on the inside that captured everyone’s heart. Her sense of humor and beautiful smile will forever be cherished and missed.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet, California, followed by a reception held at 344 Palo Santa Way, San Jacinto, CA 92582.
