Ann Frances Wilson

Ann F. Wilson, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. She was born to Frank and Tommie Holman on Tuesday, June 25, 1935 in Santa Barbara, CA. The oldest of four children, she was raised in Tennessee and had a charming southern accent to prove it. Ann started running at the age of 40 and became an avid marathon runner. Ann was also a lover of cats Ann was constantly rescuing cats and feeding and caring for them, but she certainly had a special place in her heart for dogs as well which meant her home was full of many animals she loved dearly. Ann was vivacious with a wonderful sense of humor, she was very friendly. Within a few minutes of meeting her, people felt like she was an old friend. Ann was generous to a fault, but very frank with her opinions and advice whether you asked for it or not. Ann is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Russell Wilson. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Deborah Wilson; grandchildren, Annie (Alex) Messer and Margo Wilson; and great grandson, Theodore Russell Messer. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Miller-Jones Mortuary 1501 West Florida Avenue Hemet, CA 92543
