Billy Frank Washington Jr also known as "Big Bill" whom was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin friend and astounding father passed on Monday July 9, 2018. Billy was born on April 5, 1978 in Los Angeles, California to Patsy Lavern Ward and Billy Frank Washington Sr. Billy was born and raised in Los Angeles County. Billy was the Big Baby Brother of 8 siblings whom he loved and cherished. He was a father to Billy M. Washington Jr whom he shared with girlfriend of 19 years Shameka McClain. He worked as security for 15 years. Billy was a family man, he loved being with his family, he always had jokes, and made us all laugh. The whole family knew when he would be approaching because his voice carried or should I just say Uncle Bill was LOUD; on any given day, in any situation, he was just loud and was heard by many. As I reflect on that sentence I have come to appreciate his loudness because growing up I didn't, but being heard by many, loved by many, and not being afraid to speak up has become rare. Billy will always be known as the LOUD son, brother, uncle, father, cousin, grandson and friend. Even though he has passed on his voice is not silenced, we will forever hear the phrases "What up sis?", "What up niece?, Hey nephew?, "I love you boo!", and many more. Billy Frank Washington Jr is truly missed by his family and friends still on this earth. But he has happily joined his family who preceded him in death, Mother Patsy Lavern Ward, Sisters Lawanda Ward & Genean Mitchell, Daughter Branay Renay Washington, Aunts Ruth & Johnetta and Grandmother Florece Wesley. He is survived by Siblings Stacy Denise Perkins, Tracy Lenise (Ward) Merriweather, Yolonda Smith, James Madison Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Angela Brown, Pamela Brown, Deborah Williams, Son Billy Marquise Washington Jr, Step Daughters Frederica Brown, Sharida Brown, & Tottinay Brown, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
