Born November 10, 1963 passed away at age 51 December 7, 2014 at Hemet Valley Medical Center Hemet, CA. She resided in San Jacinto, CA. “Andy” retired from the Navy serving 20 years as a machinist in Operation Desert Storm/Shield Iraq, Bahrain, Hawaii, and Australia with last service in San Diego. She was a lifetime member of the VFW. Daughter of Robert and Carol Gililland of Hemet, CA. She is survived by son Christopher Robert of Lakeside, CA, son John Alcorn of San Jacinto, CA brother John Gililland of La Mesa, CA, sister Linda Gililland of MD, niece Sarah Gililland and nephew Jonny Kennedy both of Lakeside, CA, step brothers, Michael, Alan, and Curtis Gililland of MO.
“Andy” was so thoughtful and giving. She loved animals, especially the many cats she rescued. Through her many years of pain, she found humor in most everything. Service and burial at Riverside National Cemetery December 29, 2014 12:45 followed by a Celebration of Life gathering at the home of her mom and dad.
