Encouraged by his lifelong friend Tom Spalsbury, Cecil became a Mother's Cookies Distributer with a route near Twentynine Palms Marine Base , which he expanded to Yucaipa, Pass area, Hemet, San Jacinto Mountains for 15 years.
His joy for life outdoors with his family continued at Lake Hemet, Lake Powell and numerous California beaches. Avid builder and landscaper, Cecil could fix just about anything. His family will miss his enthusiasm, optimism, laughter, encouragement and devotion to the success of his family.
