Born Friday, March 21, 1924 in Fresno California, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Felten.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Vernon Jacques Wisotzke on October 28, 1997 and her step-daughter, Debbie Blondin of Las Vegas, Nevada. Cecilia is survived by her step-son Reggie Fouser and his wife Sharlene of Flagstaff, Arizona and a number of nieces and nephews all of whom will deeply miss her.
Cecilia served as secretary of the Fresno Folk Dance Council, Fresno Square Rounders and Central Valley Folk Dance Clubs. She was president of the Golden State Ramblers Trailer Club, taught folk and square dancing and enjoyed snow skiing, water skiing, horseback and motorcycle riding.
Cecilia worked as payroll clerk, accounts payable bookkeeper and various other office duties before her retirement in 1983 from a major oil company, when she and her husband Jack moved to Hemet, CA. She was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. She was a member of Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church, the Alter and Rosary Society and the Columbiettes. She served as Eucharistic Minister and Lector, plus numerous other duties. Cecilia along with her husband Jack, delivered meals on wheels to the homebound in Hemet for several years.
Cecilia was always a fun-loving and colorful person, she was a joy to be around and full enthusiasm for life. Her ongoing community service and involvement with Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church was an inspiration to everyone.
