

Charles Morris (known as Chuck to his friends) was born on May 27, 1938 in Tewksbury, MA. He was raised in the Tewksbury area until he joined the Navy in 1955. Upon retirement, he chose to live in the Chula Vista, California area until 1990 when he moved to Romoland, CA.
Charles served his country for 20 years in the Navy retiring in 1975. He spent several tours in Vietnam. He then began his second career as a truck driver for Ingersoll-Rand. He retired from truck driving after 15 years.
He was united in marriage to Patty Morris on January 28, 1984. They shared 37 great and enjoyable years together.
He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 4379 in Winchester, CA.
He was kept extremely busy upon retirement with all of his horses and dogs. He went riding on a daily basis if able to. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle.
Grateful for having shared his life is his wife, Patty Morris and 3 children –Elizabeth Dennis (Sparky), Kimberly Rivera and Michael Morris. He is also survived by his sister Sheryl Morris (Ken). He is survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one son (Charlie Morris) his parents –Chuck and Barbara Morris and his sister Barbara Jean Page
Funeral services will be held at Miller Jones – Sun City on February 15, 2021. Viewing will be from 11:30 to 12:30 with services to follow. Burial will be at Riverside National Cemetery – Riverside, CA
