Conrad P. Johnson, 86, passed away October 19, 2011 in Hemet. He was born November 22, 1924 in Newport, WA. He graduated from Newport High School. He was in the Army from 1943 to 1945. He went into the Air Force in 1951 and received the Air Medal and Flying Cross, plying 55 missions in a B-29 as a bombardier in the Korean War. In 1953 he married Jean Shackelton Carr and had two daughters. In 1978 he married Donna Langley. He retired from Ameron Pipe in 1989 and was a crane operator. He was a 50-year member of the Masonic Lodge of Newport and was a Past Master. He enjoyed spending summers in Newport, WA on the property where he was born.
He is survived by his loving wife Donna, daughters Carolyn Beem and Sally Merrill, step-daughter Diana Fox, step-sons C. Richard Langley Jr., David Langley, Dean Langley, ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister, Eline Skeman.
