He was born Friday, May 6, 1949 in Syracuse, New York, he was the son of the late John Carroll and the late Louise Schmieder Carroll. He was the husband of Christine Lasut Carroll.
He served as a TSGT in the Air Force from 1969 until 1989. He was a Veteran of Vietnam.
A Funeral service will be at 12:30 PM on Friday February 21,2014 at Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Boulevard Riverside, California 92518. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
