Born Thursday, August 3, 1961 in Davenport, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Alva and the late Beverly Alva.
Debra loved the outdoors spending time at the beach or hiking or camping in Yosemite or anywhere she could be surrounded by nature; if her grandchildren could be with her so much the better...they were her greatest love.
Surviving are son, Chad Swanson; daughter, Kristen Swanson; two step-sons, Brian and Mike Swansoon; brother, Ron Alva and 8 grandchildren.
A memoriall service will be at 12:00 PM on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Miller-Jones Sun City Chapel located at 26770 Murrieta Road, Sun City, California.
