He was born on Sunday, January 29, 1950 in Marshfield, Wisconsin; he was the son of the late Elias and Wilma Noble.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Janet Noble, his daughter, Gwendolyn Noble-Fontaine, and grandchildren, Mathieu and Raphael Mistler. He is also survived by his very good friend, Gary Cooper of Prescott Valley, Arizona.
Dennis served proudly in the Vietnam War. His passions were building hot rods, catch-and-release fishing and drag racing. He will be remembered for always speaking up against injustice and trying to help those less fortunate than himself, especially other Veterans.
