Deon LaMont Boyd

Deon LaMont Boyd , God did a beautiful thing when he blessed this world with Deon. He was born on Nov 6, 1969 to Patricia and Eldred Boyd, his father preceded him in death. Deon was raised in Compton, California, where he attended Dickerson Elementary School, Davis Middle School, and Willowbrook Middle School. He graduated from Compton Senior High School in 1987. Deon accepted Christ at an early age.

He later moved to Hemet, California, where he met and fell in love with Carissa Henderson. Ten years later, from that union came a baby boy, which they named Deon, Jr. Who was preceded him in death Deon , Sr. had another son, born August 2002., named Isaiah Lorenzo Groves. Deon was a good and caring father. He was also loved by his brother, uncle, cousin and friends and will be deeply missed. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother and Grandfather, Augustine and Willie Boyd, Aunt Cheryl Boyd, Grandmother, Gertrude Scott, Great Grandmother Octavia Oliver, Auntie Alberta Jones and many more. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Patricia Boyd of Hemet CA, grandmother Mary Fouse of Rialto, great grandfather Claudell Oliver of Compton CA, sisters, Natecka Boyd of Moreno Valley CA, Tiesha Boyd, Markiter Boyd and Rosalyn Boyd all of Hemet CA,. brothers, Kenneth Boyd Sr, Kijana Jones-Boyd of Los Angeles CA , 10 nieces, 9 great nieces, 7 nephews and 2 great nephews and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
