Herbert Russell Easton, 96 of Hemet, California passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at his home in Hemet, California. Herbert was born Tuesday, November 7, 1916 in Ida Grove, Iowa. his family would say that he was loving, caring, gentle and a very happy man. Uncle Russ as he was loving called by his family loved to Golf. He was a member of the Elks Lodge. Herbert loved playing Gin. He belonged to Soboba Country Club and was past president of Palos Verde Country Club. He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
A Funeral service will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, June 3, 2013 at Miller-Jones Mortuary Hemet located at 1501 W. Florida Ave. Hemet, California 92543 with Father James Vedro officiating. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
