Jimmy Roger Conley was born on Tuesday, November 15, 1955 in Paintsville, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Forrest Conley Jr. and the late Betty Castle Conley.
Jimmy loved his family, he enjoyed art, he was a true artist in the kitchen. Jimmy was a great chef. He managed top restaurants and even had the pleasure of cooking for the Martha L. Collins, the first woman to hold the office of governor in Kentucky and the only one to date.

Jimmy is survived by his sister, Judith Conley Wheeless who will miss him dearly.
A private interment will take place at Oak Hill Memorial Park , Escondido, California.
