John Harvey

John Robert Harvey, 65, passed away on Monday, June 22, 2020, in San Jacinto, California. He was born Monday, January 24, 1955 in Spokane, Washington to his parents, John Franklin Harvey and Dolores Mae Harvey. John worked as a truck driver right out of high school for 50 years. In 1974, he met the love of his life, Debra Launa Cope, and they later got married. John and Debra were married for almost 45 years. John was both a devoted husband and a loving father to his only daughter, Ashley. In their spare time, John, Debra, and Ashley, took trips out to the desert. John loved off-roading and trucking. He also enjoyed riding horses. Later in life, John's pride and joy was his two granddaughters. He was an amazing grandfather. Family was very important to John. He had a tough exterior, but he was really soft at heart. John will be greatly missed by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dolores Harvey, and his brother, Glenn Harvey. John is survived by his wife, Debra Harvey, his daughter, Ashley (Matthew) Truman, his brothers, Leland Harvey and Keith "Nelson" (Teresa) Kysor, and his granddaughters, Hailey "Hurricane" Truman and Emily "Munchkin" Truman.
